It depends on the coupon's restrictions. Certain promo codes exclude sale, clearance, or outlet merchandise. Check the coupon's fine print—if it says “excludes sale items,” you must purchase full-priced merchandise for the discount to apply.

How often are new coupons added?

How can I claim coupons?
After logging in, go to the “Coupon Center” tab. Use the search bar or browse by category to find coupons for your favorite brands. Click the icon next to any coupon you want. The code will be saved to your account, and you'll receive instructions on how to apply it at checkout.

Do coupons ever expire?
Yes, each coupon has its own expiration date, which is clearly displayed next to the coupon code in the Coupon Center. Once a coupon has expired, it will be automatically removed from your “My Coupons” list, and you will no longer be able to redeem it.

What happens if I return an item purchased with a promo code?
If you return an item bought with a coupon promo code, your refund will be issued for the amount you actually paid after the discount. The original promo code cannot be re-used or reissued to reduce the price further on future purchases. Always review each coupon's policy on returns and refunds.
